Industrial coating

Every sector, every application and every substrate imposes different requirements on a coating.
Industrial paint must not only protect and adhere, but also withstand often complex conditions: moisture, chemical exposure, mechanical wear or high temperatures.

At Vibol, we develop industrial coatings that work. With care, know-how and attention to your requirements.

For steel, concrete, machines and more
Our industrial coatings are used in a wide range of applications: from metal constructions to concrete walls, from industrial floors to technical installations. Whether it’s a chassis in a production line, a silo on a farm, a machine component or a factory floor – we have the right solution in house. Or we develop it to measure, with the expertise of our in-house lab.

Types of industrial coating

Vibol offers different systems depending on application and environment:

  • Epoxy coatings: chemically resistant, hard and suited to heavily loaded surfaces.
  • Polyurethane (PU): UV-stable, colourfast and scratch-resistant – ideal as a topcoat.
  • Acrylic coatings: often water-based, suitable for concrete walls or less heavily loaded applications.
  • Anti-corrosion coatings: durable protection against rust, available from C1 to C5+.
  • Fire-resistant systems: via our specialised partner, as part of a total solution with our own primers and topcoats.

We tailor each coating to your project. From primer to finish, from aesthetics to functionality.

Coach in coating: advice tailored to you

You don’t choose an industrial coating by chance. We think along about substrate, surface preparation (such as sanding or blasting), environment (indoor or outdoor) and desired performance. Aluminium, concrete, steel or other substrates each require their own approach. That’s why we start by listening, test where necessary and then propose a solution that fits.
