What is wet paint / industrial coating?
An industrial coating is a protective or decorative layer applied to materials or surfaces in industrial environments. Its main purpose is usually to protect against wear, corrosion, chemicals, heat or other influences – but it can also serve aesthetic purposes.
For which substrates are our coatings suitable?
Our coatings are primarily designed for metal substrates such as steel, aluminium and galvanised metal. Contact us for specific surfaces.
Are the coatings environmentally friendly or solvent-free?
We offer various coating options, including more eco-friendly alternatives with a low VOC (volatile organic compound) content or water-based coatings.
Can we advise you on which coating best suits your application?
Absolutely! Our coaches analyse your needs and provide non-binding advice on the right solution.
Can we also provide application advice?
Yes. We’re happy to help with guidelines for preparation, spray settings, drying time, etc. We can also provide a demonstration if needed.
Are our coatings suitable for manual or automatic spray systems?
Our coatings are suitable for both. We can adapt them to your type of installation.
What is the typical drying time of our paints?
Drying time depends on the product, temperature and humidity. On average, it ranges from 20 minutes (accelerated) to a few hours at room temperature.
Can we advise you on which coating best suits your application?
Absolutely! Our coaches analyse your needs and provide non-binding advice on the right solution.
What is the delivery time for our products?
We typically deliver within 3–4 working days (in Belgium) after receiving the order. Urgent deliveries are possible on request.
Do we also deliver in small quantities?
Yes. We deliver from small volumes (1L / 2.5L / 5L / 10L) up to larger industrial quantities (20L / 200L / 1000L). Free delivery from €600. Transport cost (within Belgium): €50.
Can paint be collected on site?
Paint ordered in advance (24h) can be picked up at our pickup area. Opening hours of the pickup area: Monday to Thursday, continuous service from 8:00 to 17:00; Friday until 16:00.
Can we mix custom colours?
Certainly. We have our own colour mixing system and can create shades based on samples, RAL, NCS or other references.
Do we deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver worldwide.
Can I speak to a technical advisor or request a visit?
Yes, we’re happy to visit your site to think along with you about your production process and the right coating solution.
Can we provide samples or test products?
We can supply test coating systems or colour samples after a brief introductory discussion.
How quickly do we respond to quotation requests?
Within 24 hours on working days.
Do we offer training or workshops?
On request, we provide technical training or application advice for sprayers and production managers.
