Anti-rust paint tailored to your needs
Not every environment has the same demands. A metal profile in an office space doesn’t need the same protection as a structure on a maritime site. That’s why we distinguish several corrosion classes:

C1: Indoor use, dry rooms such as offices
C2: Light exposure, e.g. garages or warehouses
C3: Outdoors, urban environment or light industry
C4: Heavy industry or coastal area
C5: Aggressive environments – chemicals, ports, maritime

For each class we select the right system. Our systems often combine a primer, an intermediate coat and a topcoat – each with a clear function and tuned to the expected load.

A 1-component water-based direct-to-metal coating

POLY DUR 390 DTM

High-gloss, two-component polyurethane coating with excellent outdoor durability, superior adhesion, colour stability and corrosion resistance.

EP ZNF PRIMER

Two-component epoxy primer pigmented with zinc phosphate.

BASECOAT

Two-component acrylic coating with aliphatic isocyanate hardener.

ALL META PRIM

A single-component, fast-drying anticorrosive primer pigmented with zinc phosphate.

Duplex systems combine galvanising with painting for extra durability
Dip coating or hot-dip galvanising for full protection of hard-to-reach areas
